So I’ve swapped out the power supply…. If it keeps happening… My next step would be to replace the CPU.

For those of you that are computer experts, Event Viewer say:
Event ID: 41
Source: Kernel-Power
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
