If you’re going to hustle, I say hustle for less customers at premium price. It’s more manageable for a smaller team than going after pennies on volume. It’s easier to market within a niche, if that niche is not overserved. Active marketing is important if you’re not to a point where growth is sustained organically (Google, word of mouth, etc.).
That’s my very general three cents.
